DynaPanel Stone: EIFS / EWI

Exterior insulation and finishing system (EIFS) or External Wall Insulation (EWI) is a general class of non-load bearing building cladding systems that provides exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant, finished surface in an integrated composite material system. In combination with DynaPanel adhesive, this is a simple and economical cladding system.

DynaPanel Stone: Vented System – Site Application

The ventilated rainscreen system features a continuous air space, open at the top and bottom. This encourages airflow and con-vective drying when water gets between the cladding and the exterior wall of the building; whether due to wind-driven rain, bulk water shedding, or capillary action through porous cladding. suitable to offsite panel construction as outer skin.


DynaPanel Stone: Vented System – Prefabricated

The factory produced DynaPanel façade elements are manufac¬tured to fit your design requirements with bespoke sizes and shapes. The system can be installed quickly and easily, no wet trades required on site. Combines adjustable sub construction for levelling uneven substrates. This also provides insulation and a vented area to enable the building to breathe.

DynaPanel Stone: Vented System – Prefabricated

The factory produced DynaPanel Glass is a versatile, light weight glass faced façade panel. A cost effective solution combining 6mm enamelled toughened coloured glass facing onto a non-combustible carrier board resulting in a 25mm thick frameless panel system. The factory fabricated panels are secured with simple carrier rails to a vertical T support profile and L wall brackets.

The DynaPanel® systems and ancillary components have been extensively tested by leading global testing laboratories

Testing has been conducted in accordance with European guidelines with an increasing number of American tests underway.  Summaries of test results are presented below; copies of the test reports are available upon request.

Euopean Technical Approval Guidelines (ETAGs) were established by EOTA under the Construction Products Directive – 89/106/EEC – (CPD) upon mandates of the European Commission. Member States were invited to publish these Guidelines in their official language(s) The EOTA reference document is the English version.

DynaPanel Stone was exposed to 1000 hours of UV-A exposure.

Fire classification of construction products and building elements.
Specifies a method of test for determining the reaction to fire performance of construction products excluding flooring, and excluding products which are indicated in the EC Decision 2000/147/EC, when exposed to thermal attack by a single burning item.
Pairs of panels subjected to fire with the smoke and emissions measured. Repeated over 5 pairs of panels
A small test specimen with a specified weight is combusted completely during constant volume and oxygen atmosphere inside a high-pressure calometric bomb. The combustion of the test specimen heats up water, whose temperature rise gives a measurement of calorific potential.
Pull through resistance of cladding element. Test series evaluated separately on 3 rings between 50 and 350mm. An axial tension load exerted on fixing.
Pull through resistance under shear loads to conform to the smallest edge distance intended to be used for the cladding kit.
